“Hello Jeffrey, I tried to write to you earlier, but my computer charger is broken and I can’t find it in our city. I have to ask you something…” reads the opening of the e-mail from June 23, 2009, which was addressed directly to Epstein by a young Czech woman a few minutes after eight in the morning. Her identity and email address are blacked out in documents provided by the US Department of Justice.

“Finally, my agent called me and apologized that she has money for me, but will send it at the end of July. I’m very happy, but it’s too late! It completely ruined my vacation, because I paid off the debt with the money you sent me, but I have nothing left,” the girl confides in English to the fifty-six-year-old American financier.

And she continues: “I would like to ask if – given that I am graduating – I could borrow some money from you and repay it to you at the end of July? Otherwise, I have to cancel all my trips and so on,” says the high school graduate with thanks.

This is just one of many emails that convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein exchanged with Czech women and girls. More and more documents are still being added to the website of the US Department of Justice. Emails, messages, calendar entries, investigative evidence, bank or phone statements, and so on. Currently, over three million pages of documents (roughly half), 180,000 photos and 2,000 videos related to the life of Jeffrey Epstein have been published.

Epstein, a businessman, was already convicted of sexual abuse in 2008, but received only 18 months in prison as part of a controversial plea deal with the prosecution. The new trial was supposed to start in 2020, but the year before he died in prison under strange circumstances, apparently committing suicide. The events organized by him, where minors including children were abused, were attended by many prominent guests: members of royal families, politicians, financiers, celebrities. The extraordinarily large-scale scandal is now moving basically the entire world and has triggered investigations in several countries.

Naked pool party

Friday, June 21, 2013, seven o’clock in the evening. “Hi Jeffrey, how are you after our naked, wet pool chat? S – name blacked out – we had a blast celebrating her sweet sixteen birthday with the girls,” a Czech woman named Zlata emails Epstein.

“A friend is planning to fly to New York next week, so I thought I’d like to take her to that swingers party you told us about. As a surprise,” she writes further, mentioning without details some kind of “special plane experience” together and that she has another girl for Epstein.

“She’s smart, ambitious, funny, really crazy and also beautiful. Slim, tall, with long blonde hair. She’s from Lithuania. I’m sending you a photo of the two of us, and in other emails I’m sending you pictures of Veronica’s birthday and how we’re having fun. I hope we’ll see each other again soon,” Zlata wishes.

“I’ll see you when I get back, do you have any photos of your young Czech friends,” Epstein asked her less than two months before, at the end of April 2013. Zlata exchanged dozens of e-mails with Jeffrey Epstein in 2013 alone, in which she provided him with several photos of various women and girls.

“It was great to see you again yesterday. I hope you enjoyed my experience. I’m sending you the photo with Veronika and me when I was about twelve,” Zlata wrote to Epstein in another email in April 2013. According to the documents, in 2013 they saw each other repeatedly at various parties in New York and Florida.

Hi J.

The mentioned Czech girl Veronika was also seeing Jeffrey Epstein. Their conversation has been traceable since 2009. “J, I didn’t have a chance to say goodbye and thank you. You’re amazing. Thank you for a beautiful weekend. I hope we’ll see each other again,” Veronika wrote to him in November 2010. He then invited her to come back soon.

And through his “travel agency”, which he used, among other things, to organize sex parties on his private island in the Caribbean, he bought her plane tickets, put her up in an apartment in upper Manhattan, invited her to parties and paid her money.

“Hi J, please, I check the account and nothing. The bank is pushing me hard, they want to see the outgoing payment by lunch. Please help me,” Veronika wrote to the American financier in late November 2010. Another email Epstein sent to his assistant read “five thousand dollars for Veronika.”

List News knows the identity of Zlata and Veronika, but will not publish it. The editors asked Veronika for an interview, but she did not respond until the publication of this text.

Miss World

The name of Miss Czech Republic and Miss World Krystyna Pyszková also appeared in the so-called Epstein library. In April 2019, his “travel agency” arranged flights from Barcelona to Paris and from Paris to Prague for Pyszková. However, they were subsequently cancelled.

“During my participation in the Spanish wedding fashion week a few years ago, I was approached with information that I could be a suitable candidate for a show in New York. Based on it, I was connected with other contacts and the possibility of my participation in the casting in Paris was discussed, including a specific date and time of departure,” Pyszková described for the Blesk newspaper.

However, according to her words, she became smarter. “During the communication, however, the entire approach of the other party began to seem suspicious and non-transparent. I therefore thoroughly checked the contacts and found that my doubts were justified. The flight was therefore canceled at my request,” emphasized Krystyna Pyszková.

Epstein in the Czech Republic

Jeffrey Epstein stayed in the Czech Republic several times. The published documents also include three photos of him posing at the Prague Jewish cemetery, and his bank statement shows that he lived, for example, in the Prague Marriott Hotel. In it, on December 5, 2004, he paid almost sixty thousand crowns for accommodation and other services.

From another e-mail, it can be concluded that Epstein was apparently considering buying real estate in the Czech Republic. His colleague David Stern, then director of the Chinese company Asia Gateway, sent him an e-mail in mid-April 2009, in which he writes that he inspected the property on the German-Czech border.

“I stayed in the Czech part, the economic situation is catastrophic, but the ‘P’ factor nine out of ten !!!,” the email reads. While the letter “P” may mean the price factor, but more likely the so-called prostitution or porn factor, i.e. a coded evaluation, which in the context of Epstein’s communication can also be interpreted as a reference to the sexual “attractiveness” of the environment, more precisely local women and girls.

At the same time, one of Epstein’s main “scouts” for searching for women and girls from Europe and Russia appears in e-mails under the pseudonym Ramsey Elkholy.

“Riga is amazing, almost every girl here has a great figure! I connected with about a dozen amazing girls here, invited them to lunch, coffee and got a lot of phone numbers. It will be difficult to connect with all of them! You should come to visit. Almost every girl here has blue or green eyes and there are a lot of blondes,” Elkholy told Epstein in late July 2011 when asked how he liked Latvia.

He and Epstein exchanged hundreds of e-mails, in which he sent the financier links to models from catalogs, to porn sites (such as Czech Casting) or specific photos of women of various nationalities. Including the Czechs.

“This is Vendy, eighteen years old, Czech, 180 centimeters,” reads the January 2011 email, photos attached. Two months later, he receives another brief email with photos. “Small and long-legged returned to school in the Czech Republic,” writes Ramsey. Epstein replies succinctly: “I’ll take the tall one and the small one”.

In July 2014, he receives another brief e-mail: “Czech Republic, 180 centimeters, 23 years old” and in the attachment two photos. In August 2015, another message from Ramsey: “Simona, Czech, 22 years old, 180 centimeters, measurements 85-63-88,” the caption reads. More than a dozen photos are attached. The responses are not part of the published documents.

In February 2016, another e-mail appeared with a Czech trace. “This is her friend I was talking about, the annoying Czech girl. She’s probably single, if you’re in town and want to meet her, let me know,” Ramsey writes, adding two links to a modeling agency with a profile of a girl named Kate below the message. Epstein thanks Ramsey for thinking of him, but rejects the girl. “I thought she wouldn’t be your type. But she knows other girls, so she’ll be good for scouting,” Ramsey opines.

“Unfortunately only Kamila today, but tomorrow there will be a girl from Belgium I’m working on. She has an appointment at three, so I can send her to you then,” he wrote to Epstein. A brief reply came that he was expecting the girl at four.

I can’t be “angry” now

Small fragments referring to the Czech Republic can also be found in the published documents. Two cases at random. The first is an intercepted email conversation between Epstein and former Norwegian Prime Minister and Minister Thorbjørn Jagland, who at the time served as Secretary General of the Council of Europe. At the beginning of October 2017, Epstein writes to him from Paris if they do not meet. Jaglanda replies that she can’t afford to be “angry” now.

“Tomorrow the President of the Czech Republic will arrive, on Wednesday President Poroshenko. Then to Moscow. Then President Macron will arrive. Very complicated situation with the Russians and Turks. A tragedy we cannot talk about. Next time you have to let me know a little more in advance. Your friend T,” the email reads.

The second case refers to the situation when Jeffrey Epstein was interested in an article that appeared in the SunSeutinel newspaper in November 2001 with the headline Prostitute Gang Boss Gets 21 Months. It describes a man detained in Germany who recruited Czech women destined for prostitution and transported them to the United States. In a June 2015 email, Epstein asks a certain William Riley if the man is dead. “I’m not sure, but I think he – the name is blacked out – worked for him before he met me,” she inquires. “Yes, he’s dead,” he gets a curt reply.
