The northern catering brand Salad & Co is testing a new catering format with the opening of La Cantine by Salad & Co within Kiabi Village, in Lezennes (North). Presented as a BtoCtoB model, this hybrid point of sale is primarily aimed at site employees while remaining accessible to the external public. Halfway between collective and commercial catering, the concept “simplifies the offer to offer more accessible prices without sacrificing quality”, indicates the brand. On the menu: daily specials, mixed salads, hot dishes, sandwiches, sweet snacks and a selection of around twenty ingredients. Designed as a full-scale experiment, this format could be duplicated in other company headquarters. It marks a new strategic stage for the brand, which diversifies its development models. Since last year, Salad & Co has, for example, accelerated its franchise development. The northern brand achieved a turnover of 21 million euros in 2024, with 230 employees (excluding franchises).
