In Italy the Lotto game it is managed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. To play you have to indicate a number or series of numbers on one of the wheels. The numbers must be understood between 1 and 90. The wheels are eleven: ten have the name of a regional capital (Bari, Cagliari, Florence, Genoa, Milan, Naples, Palermo, Rome, Turin, Venice), then there is the National wheel. Five numbers are drawn for each wheel. How does extraction work? The numbers are printed on identical balls, inserted into a mechanical urn which mixes them with a jet of compressed air and captures them with a rotating niche at the edges of the urn. To win you have to get both, three, four or five, depending on the type of play. With a single ticket it is possible to win a maximum gross amount of 6 million euros.
