Last Thursday’s episode of Affari Tuoi is still causing discussion. The program hosted by Stefano De Martino had as its protagonist the tack girl from Basilicata (Rosmara, her name), but not only that. Rosmara opened the package containing “Gennarino”, the program’s mascot dog, but admitted that she was afraid of dogs.
When the little dog entered the studio she was petrified. “You caress him” the young woman said to her boyfriend. The gesture did not go unnoticed and the doctor warned De Martino with the classic phone call. At that point the host was forced to remove Gennarino.
“Aside from being a hypochondriac, you said ‘you pet him’. Are you scared?”, said De Martino before accompanying the dog to the exit, telling him: “Rosmara doesn’t deserve you Gennarino. Go home. He doesn’t hurt a fly”. Everything seemed to have ended like this, but in the last few hours a big controversy arose.
Many on social media lashed out against the Neapolitan host because he allegedly addressed the competitor in a rude manner, without having any respect for her phobia.
