Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Elang Media Visitama (EMV), which is a subsidiary of the media conglomerate issuer, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) or Emtek, is recorded as buying up shares in PT Super Bank Indonesia Tbk or Superbank (SUPA). Elang Media Visitama bought up 150 million shares of Superbank (SUPA) with transactions carried out on 24 and 29 December 2025.
“The purpose of the Superbank share purchase transaction (SUPA) is for investment,” wrote Elang Media Visitama management in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) information disclosure, as quoted on Tuesday (30/12/2025).
In detail, Elang Media Visitama bought 50 million Superbank (SUPA) shares at a price of IDR 1,050 per share, on December 24 2025. Then, bought back 100 million Superbank (SUPA) shares at a price of IDR 895 per share, on December 29 2025.
The Superbank share purchase transaction (SUPA) required Elang Media Visitama to spend IDR 142 billion. Furthermore, after this transaction, Elang Media Visitama’s share ownership in Superbank (SUPA) became 9,325,800,159 shares or the equivalent of 27.51%.
Meanwhile, before the transaction, Elang Media Visitama’s share ownership in Superbank (SUPA) was 9,175,800,159 shares or the equivalent of 27.07%. After this transaction, SUPA shares began to move up 1.08% to a price of IDR 935 per share in the second trading session, Monday
