Prosecutors charged Michael Alexander, 32, with First Degree Rape.
They charged Loretta Wilhelm, 40, with First Degree Rape and First Degree Endangering Welfare of Child.
Court documents state that the victim’s father reported it on Sunday, December 14.
The teen told police that their mother, Wilhelm, picked them up from a friend’s house on Saturday, December 13.
They said she gave them alcohol in the vehicle.
They said they drove to Alexander’s house and picked him up.
The three went to a hotel room that Wilhelm rented in Jefferson City.
The documents state that Wilhelm then left the teen with Alexander at the hotel.
The teen said they got sick from the alcohol before going into the hotel room.
The 16-year-old then told police they had sex with 32-year-old Alexander.
After the statutory rape, the teen’s older sibling learned where they were. The sibling came to the hotel and took them away.
