Vanderbilt University Medical Center announced Wednesday it will soon begin renovations of a well-known Brentwood building with plans to make it a clinic.
Vanderbilt University Medical Center will operate office space at this Brentwood building.
As the Post previously reported, VUMC has leased the building and 43-acre property of the former AT&T data center at 402 Franklin Road in Brentwood. The 347,500-square-foot building is one of Brentwood’s largest. Zoning allows for the property to be used for medical office space.
