(Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump reiterated on the 28th his intention to invalidate all documents signed by former President Joe Biden using an autopen.
Mr. Trump claimed on his social networking site Truth Social that approximately 92% of documents were signed by Mr. Biden using an autopen, and stated, “All documents signed by ‘Sleepy Joe’ with an autopen are invalidated and shall have no effect.”
He also reiterated his theory that Biden’s aides misused autopens to sign executive orders, saying, “We are revoking all executive orders and other orders that Crooked Joe Biden did not personally sign. Because those who operated the autopens did so illegally.”
He also warned that if Biden claimed to be involved in the autopen process, even though he was not, “he will be prosecuted for perjury.”
