TikTok Radio: SiriusXM to iHeartMedia Move

iHeartMedia has announced that it will partner with TikTok to integrate TikTok creators into iHeart’s ecosystem. This partnership will launch a TikTok podcast network that will include up to 25 new podcasts from TikTok creators, a national broadcast and digital TikTok Radio channel, and a range of live event integrations.

The TikTok Podcast Network is described as follows: “Up to 25 newly created and curated podcasts from TikTok creators will bring audiences even closer to their favorite voices. To support this partnership, iHeartMedia is establishing new, state-of-the-art podcast studios in Los Angeles, New York and Atlanta. These studios will feature advanced audio and video infrastructure for podcasting and video production, helping a range of creators build a stronger bridge between their video and audio content. The podcasts will distributed by iHeartPodcasts and available on the iHeartRadio app and wherever podcasts are listened to. Listeners can also consume the best highlights and clips on TikTok.”

This is what TikTok Radio should sound like

TikTok Radio will be “a fast-paced, engaging format that pairs TikTok creators with experienced iHeartRadio personalities. TikTok Radio will be available on broadcast stations nationwide and digitally through iHeartRadio. It’s a station that will make listeners feel like they’re scrolling TikTok with their ears. Built on the music architecture of well-known iHeart stations like KIIS FM in Los Angeles and Z100 in New York, TikTok Radio won’t just be the hottest new ones not only showcasing songs from TikTok, but also trend-driven stories and the emotional context behind the music, including segments like “Behind-the-Charts,” “New Music Fridays,” and “On The Verge.”

It is not yet known when iHeartMedia’s planned TikTok Radio will start. As of today, the previous TikTok Radio is no longer available on SiriusXM. The program has been broadcast since 2021 and can be received on Channel 4. The Holly Channel is now broadcasting here with Christmas music, which was previously broadcast on channel 79. Country Christmas, which was supposed to air on channel 58 from December 3rd, can now be received on channel 79.
