Judge Lúcia Helena do Passo decided to release the money blocked by an injunction granted to Flamengo and kept only R$17 million of the R$83 million initially blocked. Thus, deposits for Atlético, Bahia, Bragantino, Grêmio, Palmeiras, Santos, São Paulo and Vitória will be released.
Only the controversial amount is blocked, between hypothesis 1 referring to the audience money, and hypothesis 6, intended by Flamengo.
In this Tuesday’s decision, the judge recalled that Flamengo participated in the process of choosing the company that defined the criteria as a member of Libra.
