Just enough time to think better and take a breath after the Xbox Games Showcase in July, which Microsoft and Sony are about to announce two new digital shows for the month of August; or at least that’s what it looks like. For several days now, several corridor voices have been talking about new communication events dedicated to Xbox Series X e PlayStation 5, and joining the list is Tom Verren from The Verge.
According to the journalist’s recent statements, for the month of August we must expect to receive important news from the Xbox world. Specifically, Warren winks at fans suggesting that soon, not one, but two new consoles will be presented that will be included in the Xbox Series X family. Among the most popular hypotheses there is obviously Series S, but what will the third model be?
there’s more than 1 piece of Microsoft hardware rumored for August
— Tom Warren (@tomwarren) July 31, 2020
The Verge reporter used his Twitter account to respond to some users who had commented on his previous tweet, stating that “There will be more than one Microsoft-branded hardware that has been rumored to arrive in August”. Warren obviously does not go into detail yet, but it is possible that in addition to the Series S model, one can become concrete Microsoft console used for cloud gaming.
At the moment we are beyond the borders of the spculations, but to find out what the Redmond company has in store in addition to Series X, apparently we should not wait that long. What do you think of Tom Warren’s statements? Do you think the time is coming to announce Series S and a third Xbox?
Waiting for confirmation from Microsoft, there is still a lot to play on the current generation. You can purchase an Xbox One X bundled with a game and an Xbox Game Pass subscription on Amazon at this address.
