US authorities reported the development of Boeing software for 737 MAX models
The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has reported that the US company Boeing is developing a service bulletin for airlines that includes new software (software) for managing flights on 737 MAX 8 and 737 MAX 9 aircraft. This is reported on the website of the regulator.
The statement also says that Boeing has developed a training manual for flight instructors.
The FAA noted that the installation of new software by aircraft operators of this model is a priority for management.
In the last six months there have been two air accidents involving the Boeing 737 MAX. In October last year, the airline Lion Air crashed in Indonesia; then 189 people died. On March 10, the Ethiopian Airlians demolished a few minutes after taking off from the capital of Ethiopia, all 157 people died aboard.
