A 30-year-old woman living in India went to a hospital due to severe abdominal pain, and the results of the tests showed that she had cancer of the testicles. Doctors confirmed that this is possible because the patient has been diagnosed with Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, a rare condition in which a person with male genitalia is born with the appearance of a woman.

The event was recorded in a hospital in India, where the clinical oncologist Anupam Dutta and the surgical oncologist Soumen That They subjected the woman to a series of studies and found that the person is actually biologically a man with testicular cancer.

The patient was diagnosed with Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, a rare condition in which the hormones responsible for developing male physical characteristics (androgens) are not assimilated by cells.

“From her appearance, she is believed to be a woman. From her voice, developed breasts, normal external genitalia, all like a woman. However, the uterus and ovaries have been absent since birth. She has never experienced menstruation”, the doctors stated.

“We found out that he had testicles inside his body. He had a biopsy, after which he was diagnosed with testicular cancer,” added.
