Who to turn to when you think about suicide?

On World Suicide Prevention Day, September 10, we are addressing this taboo subject. According to the WHO, 800,000 people kill themselves each year and it is difficult to estimate the number of attempts.

Globally, suicide is even the second leading cause of death, among 15 to 29 year olds.

How to react, who to turn to when thinking about suicide? Why is it important to confide rather than remain silent?
