Cooking to seduce is the concept of our new video format, Packed, it’s weighed. A gourmet challenge met with talent by our favorite Top Chef, Grégory Cuilleron. By preparing a recipe for steak on horseback, he hopes to whisper in the ear of our dear Scarlett Johansson.

Let’s face it, Gregory Cuilleron had already looked at us during his participation in the first edition of Top chef ! The recipe for its success? A cuisine synonymous with sharing, a mix and match of daring flavors and a contagious joie de vivre which would crack more than one. Here, that gives us an idea … And if our dear Grégory developed recipes like love potion, to declare his love to our favorite celebrities?

So we put the two together in a bowl, adding a shot of Grégory Cuilleron’s talent… We mixed and presto, we got Packed it’s weighed, a brand new video format in which our Top chef scrambles for prepare a recipe that will capsize stars around the world.
A collegial project which immediately pleased Grégory: “I loved the idea! Approaching cooking from a funny angle, I like it and I admit that it takes me a little out of my comfort zone! Combining recipe and comedy feels good, especially at the moment, when we all want simple and light things ”.

If he had first tried to seduce Celine Dion with his recipe for shortbreads with maple syrup, today, Grégory intends to capsize the heart of Scarlett Johansson. And what better than a steak on horseback for the actress who really rose to prominence in 1998, in The man who whispered in horses’ ears.
To make his recipe for steak on horseback, you need :
For the coleslaw (coleslaw):
- ½ smooth cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1 yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 5 tablespoons of sherry vinegar
- 1 pinch of brown sugar
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
For the steak:
- 400 g of meat
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 eggs
