Kryvyi rih’s initiative is part of a broader effort across Ukraine to strengthen social safety nets. while specific programs and funding levels vary by region, the overall goal is to provide essential support to vulnerable populations, including those with disabilities,low-income families, and internally displaced persons. Such as, the “Norway 3” cash assistance program, mentioned earlier, is a national initiative aimed at providing financial aid to specific categories of vulnerable individuals.
“Social protection is not just about providing financial assistance; it’s about empowering individuals and families to live with dignity and participate fully in society.”
