  • Primary Driver: Ubisoft is giving away the PC version of its team-based brawler For Honor to keep forever as part of its 40th Anniversary Sale.

PC players can now claim Ubisoft's team-based brawler For Honor at zero cost and keep it permanently. Announcements directly from Ubisoft, matched by reporting from 80 Level and DLCompare.com, confirm that players retain the game forever once added to their library.

The offer carries a notable restriction, however: the giveaway applies exclusively to the PC edition via the Ubisoft Store, and IGN India clarifies that users must claim the title within a limited-time promotional window. The giveaway accompanies the broader Ubisoft 40th Anniversary Sale for PC, an event that also includes the first sale for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced.

Technetbook documents that the promotion arrives as the team-based PvP title approaches nearly a full decade of multiplayer presence, having survived a disastrous launch period to reach almost ten years of continuous community engagement.
