This recipe for Bunnies with custard is ideal to surprise your family at snack

We will need for this prescription: 500 gr of flour, 30 gr yeast, 100 cc of warm milk, 100 gr of sugar, 100 gr of butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons of liquid honey, 2 eggs, grated lemon zest, custard, vanilla essence, 500 cc of milk, 5 egg yolks, 120 grams of sugar, 50 grams of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of vanilla.

Mass of the prescription: to start, dissolve the yeast in warm milk, with a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of flour. Begin to join and then let it rest for a few minutes.

On the other hand, we will mix the honey with the eggs and the flour with the sugar. We form a circle in the flour and begin to add butter, eggs and the milk mixture with the yeast.

We proceed to combine all the components that we prepare to form a smooth dough, which we will leave until it rises, about 1 hour.
