First, put a saucepan for spaghetti on the heat, as it will only take you a few minutes to prepare the sauce. Cut the stale bread into slices and rub a clove of garlic over it, then cut it into small pieces coarsely with the help of a knife, or maybe pass it in a mixer so that it blends coarsely. In a pan, fry a clove of garlic and when it is golden, add the anchovies in oil and wait for them to melt. At this point pour the bread into small pieces in the pan and let it toast but do not burn. When the spaghetti are ready, drain them in a pan and sauté them for 1 minute, adding the chopped parsley and a sprinkling of pepper. Enjoy your meal!
