This Friday, August 5, Icetex, together with the Antonio de Nebrija University, located in Spain, launched a call for students who want to do a master’s degree.
The areas in which you can apply are agronomy, veterinary, arts and humanities, natural sciences, social sciences, administration, law, engineering, health and services.
Likewise, the call will have 70 places and is aimed at professionals who want to study virtually. In addition, it will last for 12 months.
The scholarship covers tuition and exceptions of 50% of the total value of the program will be granted and the following requirements must be taken into account:
- Over 21 years old and under 65.
- Grade point average of 3.7/5.03
- 1 year of professional experience in the areas offered.
To access this scholarship, interested persons will have to contact the email email@example.com, have a university degree, transcript, certificate of work experience, each of the documents must be in Spanish.

Forge will deliver 200 scholarships in Bogotá until August 7
“Programa Tu Futuro”, the scholarship system created by Fundación Forge, is in the last week of its call for the second half of the year for young Colombians with limited resources to develop the socio-emotional and digital skills most requested by companies today and allow them to get a formal job.
“We are working to give a boost to labor inclusion from diversity. In this program, 80% of scholarship recipients have been women, something that is very positive with the issue of gender inclusion in these issues,” said María José Gómez, country director Peru and Colombia of the Forge Foundation.
“We believe that it is possible to break gender, socioeconomic, ethnic gaps, etc. so that young people can join the world of work that is much more promising for them. We invite you to participate, not only in the call, but also in the alliances with Fundación Forge, to support the new generations.”, he added.
The program awards 50 scholarships in Bucaramanga, 200 in Bogotá and 50 in Soacha, on this occasion it has as an ally for dissemination the District Secretariat for Social Integration of Bogotá, as well as thanks to an agreement recently signed with the Municipality of Bucaramanga, joint work will be carried out with the Ministry of Social Development.
After the call, The courses will start on Monday, August 1st virtually and will last 4 months.
To apply for these scholarships, the requirements that must be met in the application are:
- Be between 18 and 24 years old.
- Be in high school or have already finished.
- Have access to a device with internet to connect to classes.
- Experiencing economic difficulties to continue their studies.
Yulieth Reyes, a Colombian graduate of this program, assured that: “Programa Tu Futuro changed my life, it allowed me to learn, grow and gain experience thanks to the workshops that made me trust myself”.
“Thanks to this opportunity, I was able to access a formal job, since before I did not feel fully capable of meeting all the requirements, tests or interviews. Forge teaches us young people things that seem basic, but have not been exploited to help us perform better and build our future.”, he added.
Those young people have had the opportunity to participate in these calls for more than 17 years in Latin America, and currently the job outlook among this type of population is not very optimistic; For this reason, “Programa Tu Futuro” is very well received and is a great contribution for the new generations, because in it they find a large number of tools that help them enhance their skills and find ways to work.
