The Air France-KLM Board of Directors has approved the decision of the KLM Supervisory Board, according to which Pieter Elbers, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of KLM, will not serve a third term. The air carrier evokes a decision taken in “close consultation” with the person concerned, who has spent more than 30 years of career with KLM. The group adds that KLM’s Supervisory Board will launch the process of identifying a successor in due course.
Esker again achieved the best quarter and the best year in its history by easily crossing the threshold of 130 million euros in sales for the whole of 2021. During the fourth quarter, Esker achieved consolidated sales of 35.9 million euros, up 16% in published figures and 14% at constant exchange rates.
Eurazeo announced the acquisition of an 80% stake in Ikaros Solar, a Belgian supplier of photovoltaic solutions, from its founders and Capenergie 2, a fund managed by Omnes Capital. Eurazeo has committed 45 million euros.
