Ticket sales for the rapper Morgenstern’s Moscow concert have been suspended. A message about this was posted on the website of the Gipsy club, where the event was to take place on November 26.

Sales are temporarily suspended by the organizer, — it says in the message.

Earlier, representatives of Gipsy said that Morgenstern’s performance was not supposed to be canceled, despite rumors of his departure from the Russian Federation.

The reports that Alisher Morgenstern left Russia appeared in the media after the chairman of the RF IC, Alexander Bastrykin, said that the rapper “sells drugs, in fact, on social networks.” The head of the Investigative Committee emphasized that at present it is necessary to pay attention not only to the education of young people, but also to their upbringing.

It was also reported that the RF IC will conduct another check of Morgenstern’s music for drug propaganda among minors. The department’s specialists will check the content created and posted on the Web from 2013 to 2021.
