The Minister of the Czech Republic invited the soloist of the Ivanovo Philharmonic to a concert

The soloist of the Ivanovo Philharmonic Society Tatiana Skvortsova performed at a concert of the Relax-Band pop-jazz orchestra in the Czech Republic in Hronov, where she was personally invited by the Minister of Culture of the Czech Republic Lubomir Zaoralek, the press service of the Ivanovo Philharmonic Society reported on the official website.

Tatiana Skvortsova began cooperation with the Czech orchestra “Relax-Band” in 2014. Then she worked as a soloist-vocalist of the Shuya folk brass orchestra, the team received an invitation to the festival “Yiraskov Gronov”. Later, the Czech orchestra “Relax-Band” came to Shuya with a return visit. At this concert, Tatiana sang the song “Grandma’s Charleston” with the Czechs and received an offer of cooperation.

Skvortsova said that at the anniversary concert on November 15 at the Yiraskov Theater she performed three songs in English and French: “New York” by Liza Minnelli, “La vie en rose” by Edith Piaf and the composition by Barbara Streisand “The shadow of your smile”.

The first part of the concert consisted of vocal numbers, while the second was attended by the legendary Czech saxophonist and clarinetist Felix Slováček.

During the cooperation between “Relax-Band” and Tatiana Skvortsova, she performed at concerts in the Czech cities of Kostelec-nad-Cernymi-Lesi, Janske Lazne, Lazne Bohdanec and Hronov. The artists also recorded a joint disc with hits: “Blue, Blue Frost”, “Mamma Maria”, “Kazachok” and others.

“Relax-Band” is a Czech pop-jazz orchestra of nine members. The musicians have been performing since 2006. In 2014, the orchestra played on the City Day of Ivanov.

Izvestno.ru wrote that due to the pandemic, the concerts of Olga Buzova, Irina Krug, Alexander Malikov and Kristina Orbakaite were postponed by the organizers until next year.
