The Casablanca Stock Exchange was up slightly on Tuesday in the first trade, its benchmark index, the MASI, taking 0.05% to 12,180.63 points (pts).
A few minutes after the opening, the Morocco Stock Index (MSI 20), which includes the 20 most liquid stocks, also gained 0.05% to 981.98 pts, and the Casablanca ESG 10, thematic index which calculates the performance of course of socially responsible companies, rose by 0.1% to 908.55 pts.
On an individual level, Cartier Saada signed the best performance of the morning (+4.81% to 28.3 DH), ahead of Disway (+3.4% to 760 DH), BMCI (+2.64% to 483, 95 DH), Delattre Levivier Morocco (+0.68% to 73.5 DH) and SNEP (+0.61% to 835 DH).
Conversely, Fenie Brossette (-1.3% to 140 DH) showed the largest drop, followed by Sonasid (-0.86% to 694 DH), Douja Prom Addoha (-0.12% to 8.24 DH), TGCC (-0.04% at 136.15 DH) and Lydec (-0.04% at 256 DH).
The day before, the MASI had closed down 0.2%.
