System Shock creator Warren Spector revealed the first System Shock 3 trailer during a key presentation at GDC 2019, which whetted the return of a legendary character.
Spector revealed that System Shock 3 will use the Unity engine and gave fans a glimpse of how the game would look with a new in-game trailer. The video showed an abandoned space station carrying all sorts of horrible monsters and robotic murderers and teasing the evil AI SHODAN's return from System Shock 2.
Not much else was revealed during the presentation, but Spector assured the fans that, despite the recent joke with the Starbreeze editor who left the project, the game is still going well. Fans will have to wait a little longer for a release date.
