According to the Android Police portal, Samsung smartphone users face the problem of quickly discharging the battery. Applications for monitoring the status of energy consumption refer to the Samsung Pay payment service. In some cases, gadget owners have recorded a record of up to 60 percent of the total load by this program alone, running in the background.
Perhaps this is due to the gradual transition from the main line of the South Korean giant to the new version of the Android Pie operating system. In it, the intellectual work of the firmware for adjusting battery consumption was announced as one of the most important features. But apparently something went wrong in the research laboratories of the manufacturer.
Users of Reddit have found various ways to temporarily solve the problem by trial and error. One option is to periodically stop the Samsung Pay framework process. Another method is to disable the battery optimization option for the payment app. Perhaps the main reason for the "swear" is precisely the confusion of these parameters.
It is also worth noting that not all owners have detected such inconvenience and maybe Samsung will be eliminated with later updates of the software dispute.
