A video was published on social networks, taken by a driver who witnessed the incident. Near school No. 32, a dog suddenly attacked a boy walking through the snowdrifts. A concerned Vartovo resident stopped and helped the child leave the dangerous place. The man also walked around the area and discovered a place where stray dogs live.
“Here are the kennels where these dogs live and attack children. Someone set up booths for them here and feeds them. They go out and attack children coming home from school,” a Vartovo resident commented.
Local residents claim that these dogs constantly attack passers-by, cyclists, scooter riders and owners of other animals. After the publication of this story on social networks, the trapping service went to the scene.
“Specialists caught one dog. The fact of feeding animals and installing doghouses in the area was recorded on site,” the housing and communal services department reported.
