18:30 UPDATE: Neymar limit

Barcelona has outlined a new plan to sign Neymar.

According to the Spanish newspaper Sport, the Catalan giants want Neymar for a loan throughout the season before paying a maximum of £ 146 million for the 27-year-old Brazilian international.

However, the Spanish champions will not bring out the money until the summer of 2020, having already spent a lot on the Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann and the Ajax midfielder Frenkie de Jong.

Sport claims that Barcelona believes this offer will show that its interest is genuine and that the two sides will enter into negotiations "in the next few hours".

And despite the connections, the Evening Standard says that Batshuayi wants to stay at Stamford Bridge and fight for his place in the initial XI.

Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen will leave Spurs only if an offer comes from Real Madrid, Barcelona or Juventus, according to ESPN FC.

The Danish made it clear to Tottenham that he wants to leave North London and will not renew his contract.

17:00 UPDATE: plan of January of the Arsenal

The Arsenal could be occupied in the January transfer market.

This according to the director of Arsenal Josh Kroenke, who told BBC journalist David Ornstein that the Gunners are planning to be "proactive" when the window opens again.

"As for January, I don't want to go beyond ourselves," Kroenke said.

"We need to evaluate some things in the short term and understand where we might face the future, so when January spreads we will be proactive again."

16:30 UPDATE: Man Utd plans £ 120k interviews

Manchester United are trying to tie defender Eric Bailly to a new Old Trafford deal after a summer of speculation about his future.

Bailly, 25, is out of contract in June 2020 and will therefore be eligible to sign a pre-contract agreement with clubs outside of England.

The defender of the Ivory Coast, which currently earns £ 120,000 a week at United, suffered a medial knee ligament injury and will not return to action until January.

But The Sun states that US leaders are planning the future and would like to sit with the former Arsenal and Tottenham hit Bailly and extend its contract.

16:00 UPDATE: Neymar twist

Reportedly, Real Madrid is the favorite in the battle for Neymar's signing.

It was believed that Barcelona was in the driving seat to deceive the Brazilian's signature, with Neymar's preference at the Camp Nou.

However, ESPN states that Paris Saint-Germain will refuse the imminent Barcelona offer to borrow the 27-year-old with the obligation to buy next summer.

The Sun adds that PSG's desire to recover most of their £ 200 million investment gives new hope to Real Madrid, which reportedly has the "financial weight" to pay Neymar's salaries from £ 675,000 a week.
