The Arsenal has lost an important transfer battle since one of its most highly regarded young men has decided to leave.
The Gunners found themselves facing a difficult proposal to keep the prodigy Yunus Musah, with the Spanish team hoping to conquer the sixteen year old.
And it seems that the Spanish giants have won the battle.
Musah is considered the resounding prospect of the 2002/03 generation at the Arsenal Academy and played a significant role in the Under 18 winning the Premier League last season, scoring five goals and providing three assists in 17 appearances.
Progress has been detected by the Spanish giants, who reportedly offered Musah a clearer path to the first team than that of the Arsenal.
On his style of play, Musah said: "I am a passer-by and even physical, I can race past the players because they are a little bigger than some of them. I am really good at passing, I can create many opportunities and this season I tried to improve my score.

"I want to score more goals and be more consistent with my passages, sometimes in the game I can make many good passes and a bad one, I want to correct it."
Musah was photographed in a Valencia shirt, playing Saturday for the Mestalla team in a pre-season friendly against the Dutch team RKC Waalkwijk, from the Spanish site Eldesmarque.
Neither the Arsenal nor Valencia confirmed the sixteen year old move, but the fact that he played for the Mestalla side suggests that a move is all but finished.

Musah is far from the only young prospect of Hale End that has attracted the attention of the best European clubs. Xavier Amaechi – who has yet to sign a new contract as his current terms enter in the last 12 months – is coveted by Bayern Munich while Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain are among those following the Tyreece John-Jules.
The German clubs are particularly interested in the Arsenal talent with Jordi Osei-Tutu who joined the second level VfL Bochum on loan for next season.
