Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno, according to reports, signed for Lazio

Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno is close to signing a pre-contract agreement with Italian side Lazio, according to reports.

The left bank was shown on Instagram this week with former team-mate Lucas Leiva in Rome and now there are reports that the defender is finalizing his conditions with the Serie A club.

Moreno played only five times this season, with two of those appearances in the Reds' Cup win against Chelsea and Wolves.

Brendan Rodgers signed the No. 18 of his boyhood club Sevilla in 2014 for £ 12million.

If the deal continues, the 26-year-old will be reunited with pal Lucas and countryman Luis Alberto, who moved from Liverpool to Lazio in 2016.

With the full-back contract ending in the summer, he seems to be ready to leave Anfield after five seasons in the Premier League.
