Leicester City has been linked with a move for Manchester United's Andreas Pereira.
The Sun report 23-year-old leave Old Trafford on loan next season.
Pereira recently put pen-to-paper on a 12-month extension, which were set to run out of summer, triggering a deal to extend the contract .
And Brendan Rodgers' Leicester has been mentioned as a possible destination for the Brazilian international campaign, with Premier League rivals and clubs in Spain and Italy.
The Sun quotes a United source as saying: "if you help persuade him to stay long-term."
“Nobody wants him to go as he is well liked here and is extremely talented. We are confident he can make it here.
"We know he needs more regular starts though to take his game to the next level. He is highly valued.
"Ole (Gunnar Solskjaer, United boss) is a fan of his but will struggle to find a proper role for him next season as a push on the club."
Pereira has made nine appearances in the League this season, netting once in 3-2 defeat of Southampton earlier this month.
