The Arsenal still has a lot to play for this season with a battle for the first four places and the last stages of the Europa League.
But that didn't stop fans from being excited about a leaked kit for next season – and to be honest with Gunners' supporters on social media, it's a great shirt.
The Gunners are currently in fourth place in the Premier League after a decent first season of Unai Emery.
They still have a battle with Tottenham, Manchester United and Chelsea to reach the Champions League next year, with a clash of the Europa League quarter-finals with Napoli also on the horizon.
The North London club did everything by wearing the traditional red cherry shirt at home, with a dark purple stripe – boasting a lighter design on the chest – and a lighter blue-green shirt as the third kit.
All were adequate but never very popular.
But next season Arsenal goes from Puma to Adidas, and if the losses are correct, the Gunners are looking for some extraordinary and classic shirts.
The home kit was leaked last week – with the usual red paired with the Adidas stripes on the shoulders and the thin strips coming down the front.
This mostly went down well with Gunners fans, but the outer jersey went even better.
The design will be familiar to the older fans of the Arsenal as it has a resemblance to the uniform used between 1991 and 1993 – and is still regularly seen in the Emirates' stands.
Looking like a "bruised banana", bright yellow is mixed with sliced triangles that gypsum and zag up and down at the top.
The leaked kit does not boast the sponsor & # 39; Fly Emirates & # 39; in his chest, but still offers an incredible aspect of what Pierre Emerick Aubameyang and co will align in the 2019/10 campaign.
If correct it will be the first time since the 2016-17 season that the Gunners will wear yellow.
And it's fair to say that fans like the potential kit.
