A.You can contact the exhibitor directly from the “Ask a question/order” or “Ask a question” link on the profile page or work details page.
Q. How should I proceed from the purchase of the work to the completion of the transaction?
A.The flow from purchase to transaction completion is as follows.
1.Buyer orders and pays for artwork
2.The exhibitor ships the work
3.If the work has arrived and there is no problem with the contents, contact the seller with the “Receipt completion notification” button from the transaction navigation
Four.Conduct a transaction evaluation (optional) for the store owner
Once the evaluation is done, the transaction is complete.
Q.Can I cancel, return or exchange an order?
A.In principle, we cannot cancel, return or exchange orders. However, if the seller agrees, the order can be canceled, returned or exchanged.

Q.Can I send gifts directly to other people?
A. On the “Select delivery destination” page in the cart, select / register the address of the person you want to send the gift to, and select the “Send to this address (an address other than yourself)” link.

Q.Can you issue a receipt?
A.Creema only issues receipts for transactions paid by credit card or bank transfer. In addition, the issuance will be issued by the purchaser himself from the purchaser’s side transaction navigation.
