Raimundo Cerda, known for his appearance on Palabra de Honor, is embarking on a new venture: real estate investment. He has revealed his plans to invest in properties.

The reality star, who gained fame on Gran Hermano, has purchased land in La Dehesa, Santiago, and is seeking expert advice for this new endeavor.

Cerda told Fotech that now that he is finished with reality television, he plans to focus on investments he has active.

He added that he is investing in land in los Trapenses, in La Dehesa, with the help of family members and advisors.

His earnings from reality TV and television have enabled him to pursue this ambitious project.

He also mentioned his plans to further his education.

Cerda stated that he wants to delve deeper into his agronomy career and focus on things he had put on hold.

The former reality show participant from CHV added that he now has time to breathe.

“Any negative feeling will happen and it was what happened so I have to learn and continue training and remain stronger than before.”

Cerda mentioned that he spent almost two weeks resting in the clinic after the show’s finale. He was unable to train for a long time, which affected his mood.

He stated that any negative feelings are temporary,and he needs to learn from the experience,continue training,and become stronger.
