Signs of skin cancer – melanoma – can show up on the legs. This is warned by scientists from the American Academy of Dermatological Association, who are quoted by Express.
According to experts, it is necessary to know the signaling symptoms. So, one of the signs of skin cancer is a brown or black vertical line under the toenail. Another symptom may be a pinkish-red spot or growth anywhere in the foot, non-healing leg ulcers, spots or neoplasms that appear, similar to a sore diabetic ulcer.
At the same time, the likelihood of developing skin cancer increases in people with fair skin, in fair-haired and red-haired people, in people with a large number of moles or freckles.
