Observing a meeting

If you would like to attend, please come directly to the venue on the day of the conference. (In principle, first-come-first-served basis)

In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, please cooperate with the following points when attending the hearing.

• When entering the room, please disinfect your fingers with alcohol disinfectant.
• In the spectator seats, please take a seat with a gap.

Those who need special consideration

• If you need sign language interpretation or abstract writing, please contact the General Affairs Division of the Board of Education (at least 7 days in advance).
• If you need special consideration due to a disability, such as being accompanied by a caregiver or needing space due to a wheelchair, etc., please consult with the General Affairs Division of the Board of Education in advance.
