Because I like that imagination, where the world pop stars parade that are successful everywhere on the red carpet and present themselves with incredible looks, in all their splendor. So I hope to shine like at Met Gala. A sign of hope because I wanted to be an album that had a strong impact. As well as when you read the title.
How would you define your year just passed?
Of fire because I did a lot of things. Every now and then I stop and I think back to what I did this year and last year. It was certainly a year full of many new experiences, everything moved quickly.
Have you had difficult moments?
I honestly didn’t suffer. Indeed I am very happy with what I am doing and I want to do more and more. I am the first who says yes to new things. There is my team that supports me in choices. When I happen to me a free day I am almost in crisis, why do I say ‘What do I do? What should I do? ‘. For now it’s all a dream
What will your live show be like?
We are working on each day in the studio, we are taking care of the aesthetic part, there will be dancers and musical level we will raise the shot even with an important production. They are more than anything else focused on this at this moment.
Don’t you fear that the result may be similar to Annalisa and Elodie’s shows?
First of all I certainly think there are differences not only between Annalisa and Elodie, but also with me. We have three different styles, also as regards the live part. I saw both Annalisa and Elodie and they did some beautiful concerts. But mine will be different, also because I will mix urban to pop. Just as we did for this album.
This summer the haters have unleashed for your aesthetic appearance. Did they hurt you?
Clearly it hurts because they are not comments that touch the artistic side, but they go to touch the person. Let’s say that I responded indirectly with music, simply by putting a Tiktok without saying anything, without writing anything, but with a song that already said everything and for me music very often does more than words.
Did you help you an analyst?
I didn’t need it because I have the great luck of having a solid team, a family and fans who support me and will always support me. For example, I very often read fans’ comments when I am a little more down in a moment and they give me a lot of strength.
What do you wish?
A little more empathy on social media because you never know what insecurity are hidden behind people, what fragility are and it is easy to hide behind a name, behind a screen. In the end, many people will always judge us, you can’t like everyone, but the important thing is not to be influenced by the words of others. I don’t have to feel wrong or wrong because someone tells me.
You are part of a generation very active from peace to the environment. Do you talk about it with your friends?
We are certainly much more attentive to the issues that do not only concern our city, but in general the whole world. I also say thanks to the use of social networks, which in this thing have a positive implication. With friends we talk about it, but there are also those who do not expose themselves to certain issues. As for Gaza, I reconciled the flag, because for me there is not a political question. Then I do not prefer to avoid talking about politics because I like to focus on music and don’t lift politically.
What does the Palestinian conflict represent for you?
It is not a political factor, but of humanity. There are families who are divided, destroyed, children who die and do not have the opportunity to live a childhood, a serene adolescence, and in my opinion it is absurd is that in 2025 there are still no people in the world who cannot feel safe at home.
What is the fundamental point?
We are talking about the right to life, that not everyone has and is absurd at this moment, because we should all have the right to live regardless of where we are born. So many people have been activated in the squares, I have seen videos with thousands of boys, of young people who are even younger and even older ages, clearly. I think it is something that has become clearly viral on social media because it is something that concerns the whole world and people are taking action. They noticed that there is something wrong, because as I said it is not a political thing, it is a proper human question. Seeing people suffering is not a beautiful thing.
