According to the Decree of the Government of St. Petersburg No. 121, from November 8, 2021, you will be able to visit the concert halls of the Northern Capital only if you have:

• QR code of the certificate of the complete course of vaccination
• Certificate of vaccination (only for citizens over sixty years old)
• QR code about the previous illness (no more than 6 months should pass from the date of recovery)
• A certificate confirming the existence of a medical waiver from vaccination issued by the medical commission of a medical organization, and a negative PCR TEST, submitted no earlier than THREE CALENDAR DAYS before presentation
• For foreign citizens – a certificate confirming vaccination with a vaccine certified in the Russian Federation
The result of the PCR test is not a reason for visiting the concert hall!
The absence of a QR code is not a reason for returning tickets three days before the start of the event!

You can show the QR code in print or from a smartphone screen, but together with an identity document.

Listeners under 18 years of age do not need a QR code.

You must also have with you personally identifiable documents. These, in addition to the passport, include:

  • military ID
  • military identity card
  • temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation
  • student ID
  • pensioner’s ID
  • service ID.

From November 1, 2021, a ban is introduced on visiting organized groups of children and adolescents to cultural institutions.

Attending the event is possible only in accordance with the Rules established by Decree 121 of the Government of St. Petersburg. The viewer is responsible for non-observance of antiquated measures established by law.

Please note that the absence of a QR code is not a basis for a refund for tickets
