The proposed development features two multi-family buildings, each rising two stories plus a recessed penthouse level. A key feature of the design is an underground parking garage with 55 spaces, addressing parking concerns in the area. Architect Ralf Birkholz emphasizes the upscale equipment and accessibility features, including elevators in each building.

Heating will be provided by heat pumps, integrated with the ventilation system for optimal performance.
