The Reiskirchen community has set up a donation account to support the seven residents in a new start.
Reiskirchen (red). Last Thursday, seven people lost their homes in a roof fire in an apartment building in Hattenrod. The Reiskirchen community has now set up a donation account to give the population the opportunity to help the victims in their greatest need. “We are grateful that none of the victims were physically harmed – not even the rescue workers during the necessary fire-fighting and clean-up work. This is also thanks to the attentive neighbors who woke the residents early in the morning and set off the alarm,” it says from the town hall. “Big thanks go to all rescue workers for their quick and careful work, but also to the citizens of Hattenrode, who spontaneously supplied the fire fighters with food and drinks during the 14-hour mission,” said Mayor Dietmar Kromm in a press release.
A family who had become homeless as a result of the fire was initially provided with emergency accommodation by the community, while other residents were accommodated with relatives or friends. Now it is important to support these people who have lost their belongings in their new start. Anyone who would like to help with a small or larger donation is asked to use the account with the IBAN DE67 5139 0000 0091 2647 14 (Volksbank Mittelhessen) stating the purpose “Brand Hattenrod”. Every donation is welcome and will go in full to those in need.
