Gernot Kanduth, President of the Judges’ Association: “Before you create a system that brings more party political influence, it’s better to stick with what you have now.” His counterpart from the public prosecutors, Elena Haslinger, criticized: “It starts with the fact that it is not clear which people can become federal prosecutors” – in her opinion only prosecutors or judges. The OLG presidents see it the same way.
