Kohei Uchimura: “When I think back, I’m proud that I started doing gymnastics when I was 3 years old, and I’ve been carrying the Hinomaru for more than half of my life. I can speak with confidence no matter what I do in the future.”
Uchimura reveals his feelings for retirement. He also talked about why he decided to retire and thank him for his 30 years of gymnastics.
Kohei Uchimura: “If it’s difficult to practice the best in the world, I think I’ll retire. I can’t express my gratitude with the light words of thank you. Kohei Uchimura was created by gymnastics, so is humanity, and competition. As a result, I was able to leave a lot, and I have to return that feeling of gratitude. “
Uchimura will create the final performance venue in March.
