The Egyptian authorities have decided to lift quarantine restrictions on the work of cafes, restaurants, shops and shopping centers. Due to the quarantine, tourism revenues fell by 70%.
The Egyptian government decided to introduce relief from June 1. Food and beverage outlets and shops will be able to return to opening hours until midnight.
During the days of religious holidays, which fell in mid-May, parks and public beaches were also closed in the country. An exception was made only for tourist resort areas.
