  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 grams of honey
  • 20 grams of butter

  • How to prepare the puff pastry donuts:

    1. Preheat the oven at 220 ° C.
    2. Unroll the puff pastry sheets on the counter, where it will have been deployed baking paper.
    3. Melt the butter and paint one of the plates, place the other on top.
