Singer Psy has been found to have purchased two townhouses in Itaewon -dong, Yongsan -gu, Seoul.
According to Money Today, Psy received 252.91㎡ (76 pyeong) for Upper House Namsan on July 11, 2022, and 239.25㎡ (72 pyeong). Since then, the completion of the construction was completed in July last year, and Psy took over the ownership for the 239.25㎡ balance in September 2022.
Upper House Namsan pre -sale price is estimated to be between 10.5 billion and 12.5 billion won based on 252.91㎡. In the simple calculation, Psy’s two generations are more than 20 billion won.
The maximum amount of bonds in the registered copy is 239.25m2, which is 36.52 billion won. Considering that the maximum amount of bonds is set to 120%of the usual loan, the psy loan is estimated to be around 3.34 billion won. The exclusive 252.91㎡ is estimated to be in full cash.
In addition to Psy, Psy has a number of shopping malls in Sinsa -dong, Gangnam -gu, Seoul, Itaewon -dong, Yongsan -gu, and Changcheon -dong, Seodaemun -gu. The price of these buildings, estimated by the real estate planet, amounted to 62.2 billion won (20.8 billion won in Sinsa -dong, 22.8 billion in Itaewon -dong, and 18.6 billion won in Changcheon -dong), and if the coalition house is combined, the real estate property is over 80 billion won.
