President of the European Parliament addresses Oireachtas

European Parliament President Roberta Metsola will address the Oireachtas joint meeting later currently.

Ms Metsola arrived in Eire this early morning, starting up a two-day take a look at throughout which she will fulfill President Michael D Higgins, Primary Minister Leo Varadkar and Thanest Michael Martin.

The pay a visit to was arranged to mark the 50th anniversary of Ireland’s accession to the European Union.
