A family in the Skvrňany district of Pilsen is reeling after a daring home invasion and car theft occurred while they and their children slept soundly. The incident, which took place on Na Zemrati Street, has left the residents feeling violated and desperate for justice.
How the Burglars gained Entry
Exploiting a moment of carelessness, the perpetrators gained access to the property after the residents inadvertently left their keys in the gate lock. At approximately 4:00 AM, the thieves entered the premises and subsequently the house, where they located and stole the keys to three vehicles.
Stolen Vehicles: Volkswagen Passat and Opel Corsa
The thieves made off with two vehicles: a white Volkswagen Passat and an Opel Corsa. The Passat, bearing license plate 8AD 9529, was driven away within minutes. Adding to the distress, the car contained a child’s pink Cybex car seat, a blue pad, the owner’s payment card, and personal documents.
Approximately an hour later, the thieves returned to steal the Opel Corsa, which had Hungarian license plates with the number I67BU. The vehicle also contained the purchase contract. The opel Corsa has minor damage on the left rear door and the left side of the rear bumper.
