The PhD Scholarship in Data-Driven IoT Security is now open to applications from qualified students. This is a fully funded scholarship for all students sponsored by RMIT University.

About RMIT University

RMIT University (officially Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, unofficially RMIT) is an Australian public research university located in Melbourne, Victoria.

Founded in 1887 by Francis Ormond as the Melbourne Workers’ College, it originally opened as a private night school offering arts, science and technology education in response to the Industrial Revolution in Australia.

It became a public university by act of the Parliament of Victoria in 1992 following a merger with Philip Institute of Technology.

Benefits of a PhD Scholarship in Data-Driven IoT Security

$31,106 annually For three years.

Successful foreign applicants will be given a tuition fee waiver.

Requirements for a PhD Scholarship in Data-Driven IoT Security

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

1. Have a master’s degree in scientific research; or a Master in Course Degree with a Significant Research Component that has received a High Grade or equivalent;

2. Diploma with honors for achieving the first degree of excellence in Computer Science.

3. Preference is given to candidates with research experience in the field of Internet of things, security and/or machine learning.
