Carlo Rabiti,a 52-year-old resident of Castrocaro,finds himself facing a potential foreclosure due to unpaid waste collection fees dating back to a period when his popular house was rendered unusable by a devastating fire. Despite no longer residing in teh property as 2019, and the official change of residence in 2022, Rabiti is being pursued for approximately 970 euros by the waste management company, Alea Ambiente.

He states he contacted the municipality last year, but the issue was not resolved.
