NJ TRANSIT Adjusts Service for Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl Victory Parade

Friday, February 14, 2025, marks a day of celebration for Philadelphia Eagles fans, as the team parades through the city streets following their Super Bowl victory. To ensure smooth transportation throughout the event, NJ TRANSIT has implemented several service adjustments.

Rail Adjustments

To handle increased ridership, NJ TRANSIT is making the following modifications to rail services:

  • An additional train will leave Philadelphia at 3:54 PM, arriving in Atlantic City at 5:36 PM.

Bus Changes

Philadelphia bus services will undergo adjustments to accommodate street closures:

  • Pre-dawn, bus routes will maintain regular schedules, with Routes 414, 417, and 555 serving 30th Street Station as usual.

  • During the evening peak, Routes 414, 417, and 555 will not operate at 30th Street Station. Passengers should board at 6th/Race Street instead.
  • Post-7 PM, all Philadelphia bus routes will return to regular schedules.

River LINE Adjustments

Augmented bus services will complement the existing River LINE light rail operations to manage crowds efficiently.
